Common Issues
Extension not showing up on Twitter?
Try these steps: (1) Refresh the Twitter page with Cmd/Ctrl + R, (2) Check if the extension is enabled at chrome://extensions, (3) Make sure you're on twitter.com or x.com, not a third-party client.
Replies not generating?
Check your usage limit in the extension popup. Free tier gets 20 generations/month. If you've hit your limit, upgrade to a paid plan or wait for your monthly reset.
Text not inserting into Twitter?
Twitter's reply box must be focused first. Click directly on the reply textarea, then try generating again. If it still doesn't work, use the "Copy" button and paste manually.
Why am I being asked to sign in?
TweetReplier is account-based and does not use personal API keys. Sign in from the extension popup so your plan, usage limit, and billing status can be checked before generation.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Click the TweetReplier extension icon → Account tab → Manage Subscription. You'll be redirected to the billing portal where you can cancel anytime. No questions asked.
Can I get a refund?
Initial purchases have a 7-day refund window if you have used less than 25% of your monthly generation limit. Contact refunds@tweetreplier.com with your account email, order ID, and reason.
How do I update my profile?
Click the TweetReplier extension icon → Profile tab. Update your description, topics, writing style, and preferences. Changes take effect immediately.
