By using TweetReplier, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using TweetReplier, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Description of Service

TweetReplier is a Chrome extension that uses artificial intelligence (AI) to assist in generating Twitter/X replies, tweets, rewrites, and analysis based on your preferences and input. The service leverages large language models (LLMs) through the TweetReplier backend to create content suggestions.

Important Clarifications:

• AI-Assisted Tool: TweetReplier is an assistive tool that generates content suggestions. You maintain full control and responsibility for what you post.
• Not Autonomous: The service does not automatically post content to Twitter/X. All generated content is a suggestion that you must review and manually post.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring all posted content complies with Twitter/X Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable laws.
• No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate suggestions. Always review before posting.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use TweetReplier
• You're responsible for maintaining account security
• One person may not maintain multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits
• We limit accounts to 3 concurrent active sessions for security

4. Acceptable Use & Twitter/X Compliance

Your Responsibilities:

• Twitter/X Compliance: You must comply with all Twitter/X Terms of Service, Rules, and Developer Agreement at all times
• Review All Content: You must review and approve all AI-generated content before posting
• Authenticity: You must not misrepresent AI-generated content as being written without AI assistance if such disclosure is required
• Rate Limits: You must respect Twitter/X API rate limits and posting frequency guidelines
• Account Security: You are responsible for keeping your Twitter/X account credentials secure

Prohibited Uses - You agree NOT to use TweetReplier to:

• Generate spam, harassment, threats, or abusive content
• Violate Twitter/X Terms of Service, Rules, or Community Guidelines
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Generate illegal, harmful, discriminatory, or hateful content
• Circumvent Twitter/X rate limits or our usage restrictions
• Manipulate engagement metrics or engage in artificial amplification
• Generate misleading information, deepfakes, or synthetic media without disclosure
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying AI models
• Resell or redistribute access to the service

Critical Notice: You are solely and exclusively responsible for all content you generate and post using TweetReplier. We provide AI suggestions as a tool; you control what gets posted. If your Twitter/X account is suspended, banned, or restricted due to content generated using our service, TweetReplier bears no liability. You accept full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all Twitter/X policies and applicable laws.

5. Subscription, Payment & Refund Policy

Subscription Tiers (as of 2026-06-05):

• Free Tier: 20 AI generations per month, no credit card required
• Pro: $14/month or $134/year — 500 generations/month, 7-day free trial (no card required), all 14 tones, all 52 creator styles, sarcasm detection, source-first content, tweet rewrite & analysis
• Unlimited: $29/month or $278/year — unlimited generations, everything in Pro, persona training (replies in your voice), priority queue, early access to new features, and priority support
• Lifetime: $149 one-time payment — Unlimited access forever, all future features included, limited to the first 200 customers while available

Legacy (grandfathered) Tiers:

Users who subscribed before 2026-06-05 on the v2 pricing (Starter $9/mo, Pro $29/mo with 3,000 gens, or Unlimited $99/mo) retain their original price and generation limits until 2026-12-05. After that date, they will be prompted to migrate to a current tier.

Billing Terms:

• All subscriptions are billed through Polar.sh payment processing
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on your billing date
• Annual subscriptions renew yearly and save 20% compared to monthly billing
• Usage limits reset on your billing renewal date
• Unused generation credits do NOT roll over to the next billing period
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance for existing subscribers

Refund Policy:

• 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Full refund available within 7 days of your initial purchase if you've used less than 25% of your monthly generation limit
• Pro-Rated Refunds: Not available after the 7-day window. We operate on a prepaid monthly/annual model
• Annual Subscriptions: 7-day full refund window applies. After 7 days, no refunds for the remaining term
• Lifetime Access: 7-day full refund window applies if you have used less than 25% of the equivalent Unlimited monthly fair-use threshold
• Upgrade Refunds: When upgrading mid-cycle, you receive credit for unused time on your previous plan
• Downgrade Refunds: No refunds when downgrading. New tier takes effect at next billing cycle
• Service Credits: If we experience extended downtime (>24 hours), we may issue service credits at our discretion
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback before contacting support will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all access

Non-Refundable Situations:

• Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
• Voluntary cancellation after the 7-day refund window
• Usage exceeding 25% of monthly limit (demonstrates service value received)
• Twitter/X account suspension or issues unrelated to our service functionality
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (subjective assessment)
• Third-party service changes (Twitter/X API, AI provider availability)

Cancellation:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by emailing support@tweetreplier.com
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You retain access to paid features until the billing period ends
• No partial refunds for early cancellation (except during 7-day window)
• After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free tier (20 generations/month)

Fair Use Policy (Unlimited Tier):

• The "Unlimited" tier is designed for professional individual/team use
• Soft cap of 10,000 generations per month for individual use
• Usage consistently exceeding 10,000/month may require enterprise pricing discussion
• Automated/bot usage prohibited without prior written approval
• Reselling or account sharing is strictly prohibited

6. Twitter/X Integration & Compliance

Critical Notice - Your Responsibility for Twitter/X Compliance:

TweetReplier is an independent third-party tool and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by Twitter, Inc. or X Corp. By using TweetReplier, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You Must Comply: You are solely responsible for complying with all Twitter/X Terms of Service, Developer Agreement, Rules, and Automation Rules
• We Don't Post For You: TweetReplier generates content suggestions but never automatically posts to your Twitter/X account without your explicit action
• Review Required: You must review all AI-generated content before posting to ensure it complies with Twitter/X policies
• Automation Rules: Using TweetReplier does not exempt you from Twitter/X automation rules - avoid spam, manipulation, or inauthentic behavior
• Rate Limits: Respect Twitter/X posting frequency limits and avoid excessive automated-seeming behavior
• Content Authenticity: Ensure your use of AI-generated content complies with any Twitter/X requirements for disclosure or labeling of AI/synthetic content

Account Risk Acknowledgment:

• If Twitter/X changes their policies to restrict or prohibit AI-assisted content generation, you must cease prohibited uses immediately
• If your Twitter/X account is suspended, warned, or restricted for any reason related to content you post, TweetReplier bears NO liability
• We monitor Twitter/X policy changes and will notify users of significant changes, but ultimate compliance responsibility is yours
• No refunds will be issued for account restrictions resulting from your use of generated content

What TweetReplier Does NOT Do:

• Automatically post, retweet, like, follow, or perform any Twitter/X actions without your manual input
• Store your Twitter/X password (we use OAuth 2.0 authentication only)
• Access your Twitter/X DMs or private account information beyond basic profile data
• Violate Twitter/X API terms or rate limits

7. Content Ownership, Data Usage & AI Training

Your Content Rights:

• Ownership: You own all content you generate using TweetReplier. We claim no ownership of your generated tweets, replies, rewrites, or drafts
• Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all content you post to Twitter/X, regardless of how it was created
• No Warranty: We provide AI suggestions but make no guarantees about content appropriateness, accuracy, or compliance

How We Use Your Data:

• Quality Analysis: Generated content may be logged and analyzed to improve AI response quality and reduce AI-detectable patterns
• Usage Analytics: We track generation counts, feature usage, and performance metrics for service improvement
• NOT Used for Training: Your content is NOT used to train third-party AI models. We use established AI models through API providers
• Data Retention: Generation logs may be retained for up to 90 days for quality analysis, then deleted
• Opt-Out Available: Contact support@tweetreplier.com to opt out of quality analysis (may reduce service quality)

Tweet Content & Source Material:

• When you paste source content (web pages, research, notes), we process it to generate tweets but do NOT store the source material permanently
• Original tweets you reply to are NOT stored; only your generated reply is logged for quality purposes
• Your Twitter/X profile data (bio, topics, writing style) is stored locally in your browser and synced to our servers when you save profile settings

Our Service Rights:

• We retain all rights to the TweetReplier software, algorithms, and service infrastructure
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI prompt engineering, tone systems, or proprietary algorithms
• TweetReplier name, logo, and branding are our intellectual property

8. Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted service
• We may perform maintenance with advance notice when possible
• Features may change, be added, or removed with notice

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the service or other users

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

10. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

"AS IS" Service:

TweetReplier is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We Specifically Disclaim Any Guarantee That:

• Content Quality: AI-generated content will be accurate, appropriate, original, engaging, or error-free
• Results: Generated replies will increase engagement, followers, impressions, or any performance metric
• Twitter Compliance: AI-generated content will comply with Twitter/X policies (you must verify compliance)
• Service Availability: The service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Third-Party Services: Twitter/X API, AI providers, or other dependencies will remain available or unchanged
• AI Accuracy: AI models will not hallucinate, fabricate facts, or generate inappropriate content
• Detection Avoidance: AI-generated content will be undetectable as AI-written

No Liability For:

• Twitter/X Actions: Account suspensions, bans, warnings, or restrictions resulting from content you post
• Reputational Harm: Damage to your reputation from AI-generated content
• Lost Opportunities: Missed engagement, followers, or business opportunities
• Data Loss: Loss of generated content, settings, or usage data
• Third-Party Changes: Changes to Twitter/X policies, APIs, AI provider behavior, or pricing that affect service functionality
• AI Errors: Factual errors, offensive content, or inappropriate suggestions from AI models
• Service Interruption: Downtime, maintenance, or technical issues

Maximum Liability Cap:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TweetReplier's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is less.

Consequential Damages:

In no event shall TweetReplier be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• AI-generated content that violates Twitter/X policies
• Unauthorized access to your account or data
• Third-party conduct or content on the service
• Any other matter relating to the service

AI-Specific Disclaimers:

• Large Language Models (LLMs) can produce unpredictable outputs - always review before posting
• AI may generate factually incorrect information presented confidently ("hallucinations")
• AI cannot understand context, sarcasm, or cultural nuance perfectly
• Generated content may unintentionally resemble existing copyrighted material
• AI detection tools may flag AI-generated content regardless of our efforts to reduce AI patterns

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TweetReplier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or extension notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with US law.

Refund Request Requirements: Include your account email, subscription tier, purchase date, and reason for refund request. Requests submitted within 7 days with less than 25% usage will be processed within 5-7 business days.
